As a former body builder, current nutrition specialist and personal trainer, I believe that protein shakes are an extremely helpful tool to consume the nutrients you need in an easy-to-digest way.

Here are my favorite combos:

ALL IN ONE SHAKE:

- 2 SCOOPS VANILLA PROTEIN
- 1/4 CUP BLUEBERRIES
- 1/2 CUP SPINACH
- 1 SCOOP FIBER BOOST
- 1 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER
- 1-2 CUPS ALMOND MILK
-1/2 CUP ICE

Basic Shake:

DESSERT SHAKE:

- 2 SCOOPS CHOCOLATE PROTEIN
- 1-2 CUPS ALMOND MILK
- 1/2 CUP ICE

- 2 SCOOPS CHOCOLATE PROTEIN
- 1/2 CUP STRAWBERRIES 
- 1 SCOOP FIBER BOOST
- 1 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER
- 1-2 CUPS ALMOND MILK
- 1/2 CUP ICE

You will be provided with a variety of protein shake combos to keep you satisfied and fuel for your 30 Days and beyond.

WHAT CAN'T I EAT?

Usually I like to have clients focus on what they CAN eat, but in this case, you CAN eat a lot of different foods and are only limiting/eliminating the following:

-FRUIT (except apples, berries, lemons, and limes)

-SUGAR, HONEY, ETC.

-ARTICIFIAL SWEETENERS

-WHITE FOODS (white potatoes, white rice, white flour, etc.)
