Well, let me first start out by saying I strongly believe that not "one plan fits all." However, this plan fits most! I make sure to help my clients choose the best version of the 30 Days depending on their lifestyle, experience, goals, schedule, etc.

- GOAL: fat loss, muscle building, building healthy habits

 

Basic Outline:

-3-4 WORKOUTS A WEEK

-2 BALANCED MEALS

-2 ARBONNE SHAKES

-1-2 HEALTHY SNACKS

-1-2 FIZZ STICKS

MAKING YOUR Protein Shake

I think of the protein powder as the foundation of the 30 Days plan.

WHY protein shakes?!

As a former body builder, nutrition specialist, and personal trainer I believe that protein shakes are one of the best ways to consume the nutrients you need in an easy to digest way.

Here are my favorite combos:

- 2 SCOOPS CHOCOLATE PROTEIN

- 1 SCOOP FIBER BOOST

- 1 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER

You will be provided with a variety of protein shake combos to keep you satisfied and fuel for your 30 days and beyond.

WHAT CAN'T I EAT?

Usually I like to have clients focus on what they CAN eat, but in this case you CAN eat a lot of different foods and are only limiting/eliminating the following:

-FRUIT (except apples, berries, lemons, and limes)

-SUGAR, HONEY, ETC.

-ARTICIFIAL SWEETENRS

-WHITE FOODS (white potatoes, white rice, white flour, etc.)
